Their existing structure had a modest floor area of 85 sqm, which presented us with the exciting challenge of expanding and transforming the space to meet their needs and desires. Our solution was to construct an additional 225 sqm, providing ample room for the family to grow and thrive.

The design embraced the timeless elegance and relaxed charm of the Coastal Hamptons style, blending both form and function seamlessly. We added multiple bedrooms to accommodate the family’s evolving needs, alongside spacious and stylish bathrooms to enhance everyday convenience and luxury.

To further amplify the sense of a coastal retreat, we included getaway verandas that offer serene spaces to unwind and enjoy the outdoors, perfectly capturing the essence of their beachside lifestyle.
